⚓ Return & Refund Policy – MarineQuest Supply

Overview

At MarineQuest Supply, we stand behind the quality of our marine products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned under the terms outlined below.


Return Window

Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns
  • Returns without an RMA may be refused
  • To request an RMA, please include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) being returned
    • Reason for return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and manuals
  • Free from installation, wiring, modification, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed, used, or modified electrical or mechanical marine parts
  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Items returned under manufacturer warranty processes
  • Opened safety equipment or consumable items

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
This fee may be waived in cases of:

  • Shipping errors made by MarineQuest Supply
  • Verified defective or incorrect items

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • We will review the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. In these cases, warranty claims may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.


Important Notes

  • Installed or modified items cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • All returns must comply with this policy to be accepted
  • MarineQuest Supply reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements
