⚓ Shipping Policy – MarineQuest Supply
Overview
MarineQuest Supply ships marine parts and accessories throughout the United States. We work with multiple carriers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery; however, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or inventory delays
Some items may ship directly from manufacturers or distributors and can require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
We ship using major carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight carriers (for oversized items)
The shipping method is selected based on product type, size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
- Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost
- Oversized or freight items may require custom shipping quotes
Delivery Time Estimates
Typical delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected)
- Freight Shipments: 5–10 business days or longer
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
Freight & Oversized Items
Some marine products (such as large hardware, engines, or bulky equipment) may ship via freight carrier.
For freight shipments:
- A valid phone number is required for delivery scheduling
- Delivery is typically curbside only
- Additional fees may apply for residential or liftgate service
- The customer is responsible for inspecting freight upon delivery
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from MarineQuest Supply are shipped under a FOB shipping point basis.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier
- MarineQuest Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier
We will assist customers with carrier claims when applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers or large items)
- International destinations (unless otherwise stated)
- Restricted or regulated locations where carrier limitations apply
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to a valid address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to activate.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of packaging and product
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection
We will assist in resolving the issue through replacement, refund, or carrier claim where applicable.
Shipping Delays
MarineQuest Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Carrier disruptions
- Supply chain shortages
- Manufacturer backorders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
We will do our best to keep customers informed of any delays.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not the responsibility of MarineQuest Supply
- Additional fees may apply for reshipping returned packages
